It works!
Idk what everyone in the reviews is going on about, I was emailed the card within 20 minutes and was able to use it just fine. I just clicked on the link from the email and copied the card number when purchasing something online, I’m not sure what happened with everyone else.

DONT DO IT.....
The WORST giftcard E V E R !! I had the absolute worst experience with this card.... cant use at the registers, cant use at the gas stations.... its useless, aggravating

    Huge mistake buying vanilla e-gift card!!
    My FIRST AND LAST online purchase!! This was the worst thing i could have ever purchased. It didn't work on the several sites and merchants that i attempted to use it on. And even though i requested a refund within about an hour after it finally arrived... several hours after i purchased it!!!! I still haven't gotten a refund for the full amount. I DO NOT recommend the vanilla visa e gift card to anyone for anything. it is a huge rip-off and if i don't get my refund soon i will be calling the local authorities to report this.

    SCAM! Do not buy this card!
    This card ONLY WORKS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES. And you have to use it for purchases either exactly at the amount on the card or less, so unless an online merchant lets you use two forms of payment - and I've never encountered that - you know the card company is going to end up with any “change” you have left on the card. What a SCAM. Please don't buy this card.

    Waste of time and money
    Don't buy this. It's incompatible for most apps like PayPal and cashapp. Doesnt work w wedtern union. Some retailers won't even take it. It costs four dollars and it's not reload able. Walmart won't let you cancel or return it. Huge waste of time and money.

    DO NOT BUY!
    I have had TWO of these cards now where the card was placed “On Hold” before all the money had been spent. I finally was able to track down their “customer service” line, and upon entering the card information into the automated service, an (again, automated) voice said “there is a problem with the card” and asked if I wanted to hang up, or speak to an agent. Obviously, there was about $40 remaining- I want to speak to an agent! After holding for about 10 minutes followed by an additional 20 minutes of being repeatedly placed on hold, I was told a new card would be physically mailed to me with the remaining balance. After giving all my contact info and having it verified- all of a sudden the man is now telling me to “call back in 3 days- there is a problem with the card”!! I have ZERO confidence that in three MORE days they’re somehow going to know what is wrong with this card or how to fix it! So, I’m out $40. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES THE HASSLE

    don't waste your time or money seriously
    first of all this card sucks I have so many issues with it I have not been able to use it I've called customer service which they answered but I guess they accidentally left the phone on and we're doing some other stuff dogs barking all kinds of stuff I waited for an hour on the phones for somebody to answer to just leave me on answer but not even talk to me I don't know it's weird I can't add it on Google pay Apple pay I can't use it online it's just like a dummy card there's no way for me to use it I can't get to customer service this is ridiculous it is the most stupidest card you can ever buy seriously don't waste your money cuz that's what's going to be a waste of your hard-working money so they can profit off of it and come up on it because they don't know how to give freaking refunds back or they don't know how to freaking fix the freaking problem that is occurring with their feast of vanilla whatever cards and half of them I don't even understand what they're saying it's ridiculous this place needs to be out of business seriously

    Dont buy this card walmart wont help me
    this card is worthless ive tried put it on google pay and walmart wallet. now they put card on hold. was told by vanilla visa walmart had to unlock it. after contacting walmart they sent md to different gift card department . then they sent me back to vanila visa to be told the same thing over. ive purchased egift cards from wal.art online dozens of times on the walmart app. when i tried to return it. i was told no because card had been accessed. this is the appreciation they give to a customer who purchased alot from them throughout the years either in store or online. Dont make the mistake like i did by purchasing a egift card like i did cause any problem that you might have its not their problem even when i was told by vanilla visa that walmart has to unlock it. Walmart made me feel they dont care what a person is going through financially as long as they get paid. Take take take.

    Somehow it was used fraudulently..when I gave it to someone the next day already used..a very sad situation. Had to call Vanilla card services now have to wait till card is cleared

    I will start by saying I have purchased 6 of these cards to use for internet shopping Vanilla can only do so much I understand that but just watch were u use it. Dont use them on Amazon because if u have to cancel the order they still charge u. I do not like Amazon and I am defiantly changing everything over to WALMART this isnt the first time that Amazon has got me. But Vanilla tried to work with me and i do appreciate that.
