    Made a BIG difference
    After reading the previous review, I just wanted to say that this in fact has helped me with hot flashes. I was having six to eight a night and six to eight more during the day. I started to notice a difference within the first week of starting them. I'm now down to maybe one a night. I'm afraid to stop using it now! :)

    No Help
    This product takes 6 weeks to even start to help which was not listed on the label on this site and customer service was not aware of this. I have hot flashes every 10 to 15 minutes all day and all night. One minute I'm freezing the next I'm soaking wet. This product did not help me at all but that is not to say that it may help someone else.
