Fine but not buying again
I e gone supplement and vitamin crazy. My doctor has asked me to STOP wasting my money. So when Im done with what I have, Im not buying any more. I assumed it could only help me by adding more collagen to my body. He insists that since I have no deficiencies - Im just helping my urine be expensive. The worse part about this is that I have a ton load of other stuff - ashwghanda, oreganol, Blackseed (cumin) oil, vitamin D, Zinc, potassium, probiotics, fish oil, silica, wheat germ oil, charcoal, colloidal silver, greens, ginger, garlic, biotin, and at least another 10 more...

    Vit E Is great for you, However Walmart ships vitamins without marking them as perishables. Sat in Fla heat in my metal mailbin. Now I'm leary of their efficacy. Spring Valley is a good product, not their fault.

    I have been taking various brands of Vitamin E for at least four decades. My blood test reveal that this product is just as good as the high-end Vitamin E that I have taken in the past.

    Spring VAlley vitamins are great value and fresh
    Great deal on these and my momma's doc once told her that everyone should take vitamin E. So I appreciate Spring Valley for making easy access to these. PS, dont drop open bottle in the floor or you'll be finding them forever. ha.

    I purchase Spring Valley Vitamin E softgels for quality and price. I use it for scar prevention because the vitamin E oil has additional oil added. I just take a safety pin or needle to extract the oil.

    I have been looking for vitamin E for a while and most brands I came across was either way to pricey or mix with other ingredients. Love this product glad i found it at walmart.

    I have used vitamin E all of my life. In the past 2 years I take A, C, E and D to supplement my nutritional intake. The positive results of doing this are healthier skin and thick hair that grows very quickly. The overall condition of my skin and its ability to retain moisture has been positively impacted in that I do not have the occurrence of dry, irritated skin especially during season changes and or temperature fluctuations.
