Taste as well as canned Salmon goes, more nutritious than fresh farmed Atlantic salmon, no worries on bones for young kids, soft and minimal crunch, from Alaska . Expect a dented can or two when mail ordered.

Unacceptable smell.
There was a strong smell of fish that is not fresh and was very off putting. I tried to mask it with lime juice, salt, soy sauce, pepper sauce, tomato sauce, nothing worked. Tried diluting it with rice as well. No success. Ended up setting it out for the crows to eat.

    Great quality salmon
    This is an excellent product at a reasonable price. It is less expensive in this larger can and it can be portioned and stored in the fridge for later use.

    Excellent product....Healthy and good for you....I flake the salmon into a nice salad and toss with a nice home made dressing, so delicious....Good value for the amount of salmon.....

    my mom always bought red sockeye salmon when i was a kid and make salmon patties and i loved it. making them from my purchase brings back memories of her. she was such a good cook and mom. I am now 76 and her cooking still is my favorite

    the absolute best canned salmon!
    This is a wonderful salmon - and well worth the money, I used it in salads but it can be served as a hot entre as well. I never scrimp when it comes to salmon - Alaskan, Red Sockeye and this is the best brand - produced in the USA!

    Can not do without!
    Ok, I have enough of this canned Red Sockeye Salmon to last for a year. I make a healthy salmon spread for sandwiches, crackers, celery and even spread over another fish and broiled in oven for the extra omega's. This salmon is very fresh and worth the somewhat expensive price for a good size can.

    The best!
    This is a very, very good brand. And, at $7.97 cannot be beaten at any other supermarket. The quality of the salmon is first-rate, the flavor is wonderful, and the salmon can be eaten right out of the can, or stirred into a pasta with vegetables. Highly recommend this healthy good. You won't be disappointed.

    Disappointed with dented cans
    Of the three cans I ordered two of them looked like someone had mashed them with a hammer. I attempted to call customer service and the wait was an hour plus. Hope this is not the norm when ordering grocery items online with Walmart.
