    Item was a scam!
    This was a scam. SUPERIOR LIVING/Corey Chapman fulfilled my order and the Xbox was NOT refurbished. It was simply thrown in a brown shipping box without any Xbox packaging, instructions, etc. It was still dirty/dusty, scratched up and they even through in the used batteries in the bottom of the shipping box. I immediately called the Walmart customer service, received an email from Superior Living where they said they would only give me a $50 refund for the $647.99 device. I called Walmart again and spoke with a supervisor who, upon seeing the photos, agreed it was a scam and initiated a full refund. She then said Superior Living would be referred to their Fraud Department. Obviously the device was disappointing because it was a gift for a family member. Be very mindful of buying refurbished items and be sure it's actually fulfilled by Walmart and not a third party. Again, the “company” is Superior Living And the guy sending their items is Corey Chapman from Tuscaloosa, AL. I would have given 0 stars if possible. Definitely a bad “company” and negative experience.

    Refurbished Bad
    Purchased this item, the delivery was fast but the product kept going off. You get like 20-30 minutes of play time and then the Xbox just shuts off.
