None of the methods work well with this film
The item comes without any instruction nor product explanation. Neither the Walmart.com website explains how to use this product to tint a window. I studied several Youtube videos on how to tint car windows and followed. Then I found the adhesive of this film is NOT water activated, and the film keeps falling down with water or soapy water. At last I peeled the layer of dark film out of the transparent layer, but immediately the thin dark layer shrank and stuck to itself and left a mess there. For two days, I have been struggling with gluing it with water/soapy water, or peeling and sticking. The manufacturer at least needs to explain if this film is self sticky or needs to be glued with water. None of the methods work well.
