Cadillac of Grills
Got it for Father's day from my daughter. I love it. Easy to operate, great smoking for that low and slow cooking. Only had one problem with the switch made call they sent me the replacement part in a few days Great customer service. Like a Cadillac of grills fills like I need to wash and wax after use so I can show it off when company comes over.

This manufacturer is sending out damaged goods.
This item came severely damaged. The packaging was fine, but multiple pieces inside were damaged. They are obviously loading vent and damaged pieces at the manufacturer stage. While they did replace some of the pieces, we found out that they do not replace or warranty the main grill stand. We now have pieces that are bent and gnarly, but we are stuck with it.

    Great grill app sucks.
    Grill works fantastic. Smoke is divine. Bluetooth and Monitoring app SUCKS! If you're more than 15 feet away from the grill it will not stay connected. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Photo is of the app disconnected and I can be more than 25 feet from the smoker right now.

    Absolutely love it! Only thing I'd like to see is a smoke setting. 200°F is the lowest it will go.gas grill side works really well and I like that it has 3 burners so I can cook on one side and have the gas going on the other side.

    Awesome Grill!
    Absolutely love my new pellet/propane grill! It's definitely a big boy but actually quite perfect for any small to medium sized family since it has two separate cooking sides. I love to smoke my steaks on one side and reverse seer them on the other using the griddle attachment. Perfection!
