Perfect for my snacks!
I really like using my Rubbermaid Takealong Twist containers to store the food I take with me to work. The containers are the perfect size for portion control. The twist lids stay on tight and do not leak. I am able to put soups in them and they stay closed while they are in my lunch bag.

Poor Quality
I decided to buy the larger 2-cup size because I liked the smaller ones so much. The quality is not at all the same! The lids do not thread onto to container properly, and after just one month ALL THREE containers have cracked in the same way down the side. Very disappointing, I will not be repurchasing.

    Doesn't leak
    I like using these containers for leftovers and to put in lunches the next day. They do not leak! Even my 8 year old can open the top when it is tightened down, although I don't need to over-tighten them to keep things from leaking. The bowls nest inside one another for storage, and the lids do to a certain degree as well. I like that they are clear so I can quickly identify the contents. The edge of the lids and the sides of the bowls are grooved, which makes them easier to grip. I have put them in the top rack of the dishwasher without any problems. This size is good for an entree in a lunch bag.

    Disposable but Sturdy!
    I am so excited about the Takealong twist bowls. I need something cheap that if I forget it at work or if I send food with someone that I won't be out a lot of money. Of course I want a good quality bowl that doesn't leak. These bowls measure up! They are also dishwasher safe. So easy and convenient. I'll be buying these in assorted sizes!

    Great concept very difficult to use
    Great item except that due to the way the lids screw on groves are made it is EXTREMELY difficult to get them to screw on. They always want to jump the track and go on slanted. It usually took me 10 tries per lid to get it on right. I have never before had such problems screwing lids on items.

    I bought these in the new teal blue. I've used them about 3 weeks and one has cracked. They do not feel as thick as the clear ones I have from the past. They were perfect for my refrigerated oatmeal for breakfast. One just didn't last. I've hand washed them only.

    storage containers
    I had another small 2 cup plastic storage container set with lids. The lids just snapped on. I used this for a long time. But over time realized that these container did not properly seal out air. The food that was stored in them went bad, or went stale shortly after I refrigerated it. I decided to try the Rubbermaid 2 cup size container 3 pack. They have a screw on cover which I like much better. So far the food stored in these little containers are staying fresh. This is important to me. Very glad I purchased this inexpensive product.

    Rubbermaid made right
    I am so glad Wal-Mart carries these containers. I purchased both the 2 cups and the 1.2 cup sizes. The lids are leak proof so I worry less about spills in lunch pails.

    Not so good
    I bought the medium size tag along twist and seal about two months ago. Aat first I really liked them , but after a few uses they all cracked in the same spot. Very dissatisfied..

    Great for stopping spills!
    I use these in my husbamds work lunch box, which gets turned over alot!  Everything I have put in them stays in them!  He reheats in them.  The set I have now is two maybe three years old and are used on a lot, but still in great shape.
