Good product
I feel like this personally worked better than other like items. Yes the capsules are a little big but if you dont mind that, they work nicely. Also ive never had problems with the smell and have been buying these off and on for years.

The smell of the pills smelled like rotten animals. The warming label says about reproductive cancer and harm. I took two pills and they made my stomach hurt so bad, and complete utter illness came over me. I got very bad ovarian pains and very bad stomach cramps. After detoxing body out for a year, i took this and it is very bad for you. I'm ashamed i wasted money on it!

    I have never been able to grow nails. They always split and broke off. I have been taking Hair and Nails for about 6 weeks. My nails are growing, they are longer than they have ever been and they are strengthening. My hair is also thicker. I love this product!

    My hair thinned and both it and my nails stopped growing so fast a few years ago. I've tried other vitamins and they've stopped the thinning but even doubling the dosages never repaired the damage- until this one. It'll take a few weeks to see if my nails are at stronger but they and my hair are growing FASTER.

    OVER 1-inch long soft gels. TOO BIG!
    Not sure how well they work, I’ve only been using them about two weeks but the pills are HUGE! The bills are just too big, they are literally over 1 inch long and you’re supposed to take two with those a day. Not gonna happen! The second photo shows one of their two colored softgels next to weigh 600 mg ibuprofen, which in itself is one of the larger pills anyone would normally be taking.
