I liked the product bcoz accurate readings and easy to carry. Esp now a days very useful. I liked the most it will tell you if your blood pressure is normal or not. Nice product

Waste of money
Price was great, but reliability not. Readings compared to what my doctor gets are at least 10 points higher. Instruction booklet is the most incomprehensible translation into English I have ever seen; had to guess my way through the setup. But it worked OK for six months. Now will not hold pressure long enough to get reading. Read through warranty again, to discover that 2 year warranty is not valid outside China! Apparently no method to get replacement, only references to get repairs done, but no information on repair locations.

    Accurate, Speaks, Armcuff too Small needs improved
    Like the speaking feature and it can also be turned off for silent readings. Dislike the cuff being 22-32cm which at 5'10" and 250lb means my upper arm must be 32cm making it hard to put the cuff on. There should have been an option to have a bigger cuff. Also the cuff does NOT have an artery mark and there is no explanation about the triangle which must mean if you can't see it your arm is too big. the cuff also inserts straight ie doesn't have a 90degree elbow, so to store the unit in the undersized storage bag you have to remove the hose. Lastly it should use AA batteries NOT AAA which need replaced too often and is probably the reason it inflates so slowly.

    The good and the bad
    Pros: 1. It works well. 2. It's a good price. Cons: 1. The time can be set ONLY as a 24 hour clock; there's no A.M and P.M. 2. I use this sparingly and so use it plugged in rather than running on batteries. I've been sharing the USB cable with my Kindle. As expected, when I remove the cable, it loses all data and settings. As I don't need the memory, this isn't a problem. What IS a problem is that it defaults to what to me is an obnoxious computer voice that tells me how to take my blood pressure before it will even consider getting ready to inflate. I had to buy another cable.

    good and bad
    No phone number for customer service available. The machine works fine except for one thing-it talks very loud! It reads out your blood pressure very loudly. We looked at the instructions and found nothing about the sound and no cutomer service information. Too bad as we do like the machine but don't like the noiuse and not being able to contact anyone about it. Taking it back.

    good price
    bought this for my brother who has to check his pressure daily. Works well and the read out is very clear. Did have trouble setting the day and date, the instructions are a bit lacking in details of how to set everything but beyond that is works very well. You don't have to have the day and date set to use the monitor.
