Great grill
This is one good grill, best grill for the price hands down. J replaced a thermos 4 burner which was the same as a charbroil. While or was a good grill I could afford a new one. I shopped around and found this one at Walmart. It assembled rather easily, although they offered it assembled but I could get it home assembled. I cook onbit all the time. No flare ups, heats up to temp quickly turn it down when up to temp. 4/500 in a few minutes. Holds steady temp. Don't have to stand over it to make sure it's not flaring. I'm very happy with the decision, being hesitant at first because my budget is more limited than ever. No regrets and would recommend this grill to anyone. Best grill value around and believe me I checked.

Not too Hot....
This grill replaced a 4 yr old 4 burner BackYard Grill from Walmart. It was the best grill I ever had. Fully adjustable from slow cooking to hot searing flame cooking. This is not even close to same grill. If you like a good seared and juicy hamburger/steak you will be disappointed. This grill does not get hot enough. Could not get a flame with 75% lean burger. Much too big space between grill back and lid allows too much heat escape I would guess. A slight breeze causes a 75 degree drop in temp according to thermometer on lid. Worked good on chicken though as I didnt have to worry about flare ups. Which actually is a bad thing as I like a little char to the BBQ sauce. I know I am going to be really upset when I do corn on cob when its ready in about 3 wks!!!

    Love the grill Walmart not so much!
    1/2 hour to set up even with the crappy instructions. I never have put one together and it is really just common sense instead of the picture instructions which are useless. I love it for the price first time I am using it today and it is perfect. everything works like it should very nice grill for the money. Walmart however had previously opened it to take a part out resealed it and sold it without the leg part they took out I was so mad. you don't reseal and sell something less a part. called the manufacturer and they are well aware that Walmart and home depot both do this. they weren't happy. Sent me the part quickly as I need the grill for 4th of July and this was June 23rd I called them about this problem. Great people the manufacturer's and couldn't apologize enough.

    I put it together in about 1 1/2 hours. The instructions are horrible. The set I bought only 5 numbers on the parts. It was like I was working on a puzzle. It's kind of tedious to match the parts without some kind of direction. Otherwise, it looks great. I will bbq tomorrow.

    DO NOT BUY! FIRE HAZARD!
    I'd give this thing Zero stars if I could. I thought it was user error the first time the whole dang grill caught on fire. However, after the second time..... Definitely not. I'd give anything to get my money back for a grill I only used for maybe 2 months, if I'm lucky. This thing is dangerous due to issues with the was the grease trap filled or better yet due to the way it doesn't. The grease and what not sits inside the grill and causes fires (the second fire happened after I had cleaned the entire grill, so it's not because I left the grill dirty). If you're possibly willing to risk your life or your family's, then by all means purchase this grill. If you want to be safe, spend a little more money for a webber.

    I have had this grill one year and a half. Use it frequently. We keep it covered ALL the time. This weekend the entire bottom fell out of it! NEVER AGAIN!

    Great BBQ for the price!
    This has been a great BBQ we have had it about 2.5 years now and everything still works and it performs just as it did when it was brand new. We got it on a black Friday deal to replace our older one that was falling apart. I would def. buy this BBQ again! We have it outside under a BBQ cover on our porch. It has seen rain and other elements and still works great when fired up!

    There were parts missing. When I went to the store to get the missing parts. They told me to go get the grill myself and bring it up to customer service desk and get the parts out myself. if this grill/company is this much of a pain then I definitely do not want to deal with all the other stuff that will go wrong.

    Rusting Lid!
    Grill itself works perfectly, but the lid is already rusting! We bought this sometime late June and got the matching (Expert Grill) cover, but that didn't protect the grill. We might have been better off leaving the grill in the weather - I think the grill cover holds moisture and may have caused the rusting. Hope to get a second season out of it, then heading to another store....

    Do. Not. But.
    We had this grill for about 4 months and had only used it about 5 or 6 times. While trying to grill some steaks one evening, the first 3 grill knobs were ignited properly and turned on to high heat. After shutting the lid, o walked over to my chair and sat in it. I was then eye level with the grill and could see way more fire than I was comfortable with seeing. I turned the heat way down and opened the grill at the same time. About a 3 foot flame shot up from the first burner from the tank. I immediately turned off the propane, turned off the burners and reached for the fire extinguisher to put the flame. Now, as a safety professional I did my normal bubble leak test and there was no leakage. Just a faulty burner. The grill was kept inside my clean garage in about 80 degrees.

    Extremely happy with this purchase!
    Great price very good quality. This replaced a rusted out old 2 burner charbroil I had, and what a fantastic upgrade! Really appreciate the cast iron grates for even grilling. Lights easily and heats up quickly. Mine gets to 500° in less than 5 minutes. Just had the most delicious chicken breasts I've ever cooked on a grill, juicy with just the right amount of char. I love it, and I'm sure it will last fir years to come.
