Microphone Defective Audio Video Sync Issue
This is junk. Do not buy this, it does not work. I asked for refund and they didn't even want item returned. So I opened it to check why the sound was so horrible and muffled. And then realized that they had the wrong circuit board. The mic was built into the board. Instead it should have had the mic chip on wires so the chip could fit into the single, tiny port for the mic in the plastic housing. Removed from the housing the mic functioned, but there was a dramatic sync error with video and audio signal.

    This item arrived broken. The packaging was not bubble wrapped d and appeared to be thrown in a bag and sent foe delivery. Their was no care or concern for the purchaser receiving the item. I took it back to the store and purchase from Amazon, that arrived wrapped and in working order.

    Works well for the money
    Works fine, easy to install. Plug and play. The volume seems to be a little low and I couldn't get it to go louder during the test.

    Great webcam, not so great mic.
    great little camera for the price. the negative for this device is that the microphone is muffled and low. can't really understand what one is saying if recording a meeting or any video.

    HD web cam
    Works well on my Win 7 Google Meet but it seem a bit hot and I don't think it's HD. Has only 3 setting, auto, 720p and 360p. My room lighting is low and may be the camera added artificial lighting and degraded picture quality. Price is great I hope it last a while.

    Great quality for a great price!
    Arrived 4 days before projected delivery date. High quality webcam for only $13.98. Only con was that the webcam mount did not come with a thumbscrew! Mount would not have worked with my monitor anyway, I used high quality velcro to secure it to my desk below the monitor. Privacy cover was a bonus!

    Video quality was good, but sound through onboard microphone was very muffled and almost inaudible. Item was shipped without drivers, so only way to change settings was through Control Panel and sound levels were already set at maximum level. Returned due to poor sound quality.
