An excellent purchase.
I bought this for my wife to use because l mainly BBQ on my Weber Kettle or Weber Smoke on my Smokey Mountain. The Gen Il is easy to operate and clean. Good temperature control. Gen ll has made it easy for her to produce an excellent product on the grill from chicken to lasagna.

Weber losing ground?
Bought this new 4 burner grill over the summer as we have the need for a larger cooking surface. This is our 3rd Weber grill over the last 22 years. While I LOVE the larger cooking service, and after getting used to the new grill (every grill seems to have its own personality) I have to say I am overly disappointed in this grill. Without doubt, cooking times are longer, grill doesn’t sear the way the smaller ones we owned in the past and the everyday cooking (burgers, dogs, chicken) is relearning as cooking time is so drastically different. For the money you pay for a Weber, without doubt they LAST but the attention to the “inside” and cooking ability has seemed to take a definite step backwards. I can say for the FIRST TIME, I am somewhat disappointed in this model and purchase

    Couldn’t ask for more!
It took a while to save the funds required to purchase this grill but I am so glad that I did. While assembling the grill (which was very straightforward) I couldn’t help but notice the quality and attention to detail that went into its manufacturing. It fired up on the first push of the ignition and I’ve been in grilling bliss since. It heats up effortlessly and cooks so evenly that I feel you have to work hard to mess something up. As a professional chef I push cooking equipment as hard as I can and this grill keeps asking for more. If you’re on the fence about purchasing this grill, do it! You’ll have zero regrets!

    Best Grill's ever made
The Genesis II is my 3rd Weber. Started way back in the day with a Kettle. Switched to a Genesis 2000. It ran for years (with a little help from your parts guys.) My new 4 burner is a delight. Easy to assemble (great directions). More space than I imagined and it cooks extremely accurately. Looking forward to many years of great meals.

    Solid
I feel that I am working with a real kitchen appliance compared to the past grills that I bought which had a lot of stainless steel that looked horrible one month after I purchased it. Cooking on the cast iron grids is incredible. The whole surface of the grill cooks much more evenly (heat distribution) that my past experiences.

    Best gas grill ever!
We bought this grill a month ago and put it to the test. After several family cookouts it came though every time. I can dial in the temp and use my pizza stone so I don't have to run the oven in the house. I use a smoker box I set over the first burner and smoked 3 racks of ribs with a rack I purchased online. Cooked them for eight hours and gas usage was minimal. Expensive yes but it's quality and dependability your buying.

    The best!
I purchased this model about 3 weeks ago and I love it. Assembly was very simple and user friendly. I’m not handy at all but this gave me ZERO issues. I got it together in about an hour. This grill is so consistent with its temps and hardly any flare ups. I’ve cooked steaks and chicken to perfect temps using this grill, with ease.

    Good as it Gets
After using my daughter's Weber Spirit, I knew that I would eventually have to get one for myself, but a slightly larger model. My wife surprised me with a Genesis llE-310 for Christmas. The temperature control is amazing, from high heat searing steaks and burgers, to moderate indirect heat roasting. I have already cooked the typical steaks and burgers, but also split whole chickens and a 14 lb turkey. All have turned out great. I can only assume that as I get more practice with this grill, it will only get better.

    Nice even burn
Bought this to replace my older one burner grill. This grill has a huge cooking surface but is still easy to maneuver around the patio. The heat distribution is awesome with no hot spots. I like the low profile propane holder with fuel estimator. My only concern is that the fuel gauge is off by quite a bit, but that is just an extra I really don't need, just wish it did a better job.

    Very versatile!
I’ve beautifully seared things like porterhouse steaks and ribeyes, and I’ve slow cooked things like baby back ribs and Boston butt. I’ve even cooked a meatloaf right on the grates! The thing that really sets this grill apart from the cheaper “brand x” is the ability to easily control the temperature. On my old grill, you would have to raise or lower the heat every few minutes because you would either be burning the food or not even searing it. I bought the iGrill 3 that is compatible with this grill and I can literally set it and forget it and I know I won’t burn my food. The iGrill gives me an alert when my food is done and it’s perfect every time.
