Very pleased
Very durable, holds 2 adults and 4 kids. True to size. The kids love it. I did have it assembled because I just don't have the patience Lol but the technician had it done by himself in one hour. I think it's safe to assume that assembly is easy. I definitely recommend this purchase!!!

Solid product!
Solid instructions, definitely a two person job. Those springs are no joke to pull tight. The pad was damaged upon delivery, but hoping customer service sends a new one. Overall, very happy with the product!

It comes with the ladder which makes it very easy to get on. It has front opening with the zipper and strap which makes it very safe. It was easy to assemble and takes 2 hours. My daughter has been begging me for a one and I agreed as trampolines are great exercise and it gets her outside playing. I priced them out and compared the different sizes and settled on this one because it's large enough for myself and my 3.5-year-old to jump and does not take up too much space in our yard.  The material is very strong and has it has a great bounce. It's good quality and I think it will last us a long time. The coils compared to other trampolines I have jumped on are stronger, thicker, and wider. They come with a safety cushioned cover to protect your feet. The arms are padded and it comes with the safety net that zippers closed. The frame is strong stainless steel and looks great. It took about one hour to assemble with a friend that had all the right tools and had experience assembling trampolines. I highly recommend getting help from someone handy! I watched the video on the assembly they emailed to me first and that helped a great deal in understanding exactly how to assemble and the best way to assemble this trampoline. Do wear gloves! I think I'm going to buy anchors for it too because you never know what will happen in a storm. Overall, I highly recommend this trampoline as we are enjoying it!Harold

I feel safe letting them on it freely because of the strong springs and the amazing quality. My husband tested it before they went on and it could even hold his weight as promised. I heard about this company from my friend who bought a faulty trampoline, the spring broke after they used it for a while and she recommended Carbro to me. She said they have fast and proficient costumer service and I definitely agree after buying the wrong size accidentally and returning it. It was so easy and fast for me to get my refund that I was truly surprised. I recommend this trampoline to any one who has overactive kids, its great for exercise, parties, and just fun time in the summer. They have been going on it every day and night for the past week and even I go on it instead of my morning run (it really works up a sweat). It also carries 600 pounds which is so amazing compared to other trampolines I looked at that do not come close to this weight. My oldest son and my youngest were able to assemble it with no problems. The size is great for them. They immediately started using it right after and have been on there nonstop! It is way better than I expected for the price for sure! I was a little worried the price was too good to be true for something this size, I was sure they were sacrificing quality. But nope! It was delivered quickly to my door and the packaging was sufficient. It is large and sturdy, is able to hold me and my husband (who is on the larger side) without breaking or any bars bending so we can bounce with her sometimes. It was fairly simple to put together (trampolines can be a pain) with just my husband and I, instructions were clear and appears to be made of quality materials. Definitely check you are using the tool for the springs the way it was intended to be used, it will save you a lot of effort! The net is secure so even when my daughter bounces into it there is no chance of her falling off. We have some pretty severe windstorms and rain this time of year in New Mexico, and so far no signs of wear from the elements! The ladder is a good addition as well, since it is a little too tall for my daughter to climb in to on her own. All in all it was a very good purchase and I absolutely recommend it.Ashley
