Works very well for me. Keeps my energy up and after a couple of months, it stoped fleas from biting us. If you give your dogs vitamin B1 or brewers yeast, it will stop the flea bites after a while.

Poor Customer service ...
I ordered this product on the 23rd of April and received it on the 5th of May. I contacted the seller, as to why it was taking so long, and got no response. There are other companies who offer streate free supplements. 1 Body will no longer be my "go-to" place for my supplements.

    Great Vitamin B Capsules
    These Vitamin B pills are great and I highly recommend them. They come in a filled capsule (vegan) which is just the right size for me - not so big that it's uncomfortable to swallow, but big enough that I can get the dose I need in just one pill. Unfortunately one of the capsules opened up and dumped the orange powder all over the inside of the bottle so it was a bit messy every week when I counted out my pills, but that happens sometimes with capsules. Overall I recommend these Vitamin B capsules.

    Good for vegetarians
    VItamin B is missing from many vegetarian or vegan diets so it's important to supplement. I think that these are great and I highly recommend these to those who may lack Vitamin B in their daily diets.

    Good basic vitamin B complex for the money
    This is a well rounded vitamin B complex with the right ratios of each of the 12 types (B-3, B-6 and B-12 being in much higher quantities). They smell like vitamin B (as all brands do) but these aren't as strong as another brand I have used. I take one most every morning and definitely notice an increase in energy compared to when I don't take them. I wouldn't recommend taking these at night because they can lead to restless sleep due to the increase in energy. Most brands selling vitamin B complexes are basically the same so this brand is a good value for what you get.

    Not the best packaging, but the product is good. Vegan capsules that aren't huge and don't leave behind a gross aftertaste. You get a two-month supply per bottle without breaking the bank. Overall, it's a solid product. If you need to up your vitamin B game, I would recommend this product.

    Good complex
    This is a very good combination B complex, which also has biotin in it that can help skin, hair and nails. I have previously had some lethargy from a prescription medication and taking a B complex helps me combat that now. The capsule size is quite large, while it's only one a day, it can be a little difficult to swallow if you have a problem with large capsules like I do. On the whole, it's a good B complex and something nice to add to your day for helping increase your energy. I recommend taking it with food, especially if you have any acid reflux or heartburn issues. While not a fault of the product, sometimes the acidity in certain vitamins, can cause it to act up. Taking it with food and/or a good amount of liquid can help with that.

    I take a vitamin B complex for mood and stress management. This one capsule covers all my needs and is effective. The capsule is small enough not to intimidate. Highly recommended for vegan, non GMO, gluten free and more.

    Awesome vitamin
    I received my product and I was impressed by the very attractive label. It has a very refreshing look to it. The fruit/veggie picture makes it even more appealing to the eye. I like that the instructions on the bottle are very easy to follow for dosage and such. I also love that that this product is made in the USA. Ill definitely buy these again. They are a very good addition to my health routine and my overall health.
