Initiate a Mobile Express Return
To start a Mobile Express Return:
- Log in to your Payless Daily App.
- Select Account from the menu.
- Tap Purchase History.
- Scroll to the order with the item(s) you need to return.
- Tap Start a Return.
- Choose the items to return.
- Choose the reason for returning.
- Tap Continue.
- If you purchased on paylessdailyonline.com, choose Refund or Replacement.
- If you purchased your item in-store, bring the item into a Payless Daily store to complete your return. We can't process these requests through the app at this time.
- Tap Continue.
- Choose Mobile Express Returns as your return method.
- If you purchased your item in-store, this option won't be available, but don't worry! An in-store return is the only method available for these items, and you'll see return instructions after completing Step 12.
- Review the details and tap Accept and Finish.
If you chose a replacement rather than a refund for your paylessdailyonline.com return, your replacement order begins processing as soon as your return has been initiated.
If you're returning your item to a Payless Daily store, complete the following steps after starting your Mobile Express Return on the app:
- Go to any Payless Daily store.
- Open the Payless Daily App once you have arrived.
- Select Return Ready.
- Go to the Customer Service desk.
- Scan the QR code (located on the PIN pad).
- Wait for the Customer Service associate to finish your return and check for the confirmation message in your app.
Don't Have a Smart Device?
If you don't have a smart device, don't worry. You can start your return at paylessdailyonline.com and finish it in-store. Print the Store Returns Receipt and take it to the store with your item or go to the Customer Service desk at any Payless Daily store and give the associate your order number or phone number (for paylessdailyonline.com purchases) or your paper receipt receipt (for in-store purchases) to start your return.
